The Schoolhouse is a totally restored 4 star self-catering accommodation comprising three double bedrooms (two ensuite) on the first floor with a fourth ensuite bedroom on the ground floor designed for wheelchair access.
The 200m2 property has been restored with energy conservation and sustainability in mind. Solar and pellet boiler heating, rainwater harvesting (toilet flushing), and reedbed filteration are some of the technologies employed at the schoolhouse.
Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms with an inset wood burning stove providing an attractive alternative source of heat. The stereo system in the lounge can play MP3 files from USB of audio sources.
Facilities include:

- Home cinema HDMI DVD with 32” LCD entertainment.

From Dowra take the Blacklion Rd (R207) approx 4 km, take right turn signposted (L2008 Tullynafraeve) and the schoolhouse is 400 metres on right.
